01 · Live route intelligence

See the whole trip
before you book it

Type a pickup and a drop-off and the portal draws the real route on Google Maps — with live traffic on every road, the faster and slower alternatives, and our truck’s drive from base to your door.

Colour-coded congestion, delay vs. normal, and the other routes with their extra minutes.
Weather radar, animated
The last 50 minutes of NOAA radar loop over the route so you can see storms moving in.

Watch the tow
before it happens

Press play and a truck drives the route in time-lapse — leaving our base, arriving at your pickup, loading, and delivering — with the clock time at every moment. Scrub the timeline to any point, or let the follow-cam ride along.

Real ETAs, not guesses
Truck-to-pickup and delivery times come from live traffic, not a fixed average.
Day or night map
The map switches to night mode when the pickup falls after sunset — so you know the driver will need lights.
Share the plan
The same timeline becomes live tracking once the driver is dispatched.

04 · Pricing you can audit

A price that moves
with the real world

Most tow companies give you a number. We show you the math — live, every time you request.

Live diesel, near your pickup

Fuel is priced from posted diesel at stations around the pickup (Google Maps), with the U.S. EIA weekly average as a fallback.

Traffic-aware

Heavy congestion on the route adds a small, disclosed percentage — clear roads don’t.

Vehicle & condition

Size multipliers for SUVs and heavy equipment; winch/skates for non-running vehicles.

Where your money goes

Fuel, driver, truck wear and insurance for your exact trip — shown as a breakdown.

05 · AI dispatch analyst

A dispatcher
in every request

As you fill in a request, CarrierElite’s AI analyst reads the live route, traffic, weather, alerts, daylight and price, and writes you a short briefing with one clear recommendation. Ask it anything about the tow. Tap Listen and it reads the briefing aloud in a natural voice.

  • Uses only live data — never guesses ETAs or prices
  • Flags EV / AWD / lowered-car handling automatically
  • Explains every dollar of the quote on request

06 · Road Intel

Know what’s happening
on your roads

Live crashes, broken-down vehicles and hazards around every lot you’ve saved — and on the actual route of every tow you have open. If something lands on your tow’s route, you see it on your dashboard with the traffic delay, before you have to call and ask.

Alerts on your open tows
Incidents matched to the real route of each job — the truck’s drive to your pickup and the loaded trip to the drop-off.
A year of crash history per location
Police-reported crashes within a mile of each lot: how it compares with the area average, the busiest hour and day, and the roads where they happen. Where the public data exists.
AI road brief
One tap turns it into a few plain-English lines — what affects your vehicles right now and when to schedule moves.

07 · Digital condition report

Proof of condition,
pickup to drop-off

Our driver walks around every vehicle at pickup and again at drop-off — guided photos of all four sides and the dash, odometer, fuel, keys and a signature from whoever hands it over. Our AI inspects the photos and compares drop-off against pickup to flag anything new. The report then locks, so it can’t be changed after the fact.

Side-by-side, every angle
Pickup and drop-off photos next to each other in your job record — print it or save it as a PDF for a claim or a customer.
Stamped when it’s taken
Every photo carries its time, GPS position and a digital fingerprint (SHA-256). The finished report is sealed with one too, and your portal checks it each time you open it.
Odometer check
Pickup vs. drop-off mileage on every move, so you know the car went straight from A to B.
AI-assisted, driver-confirmed
The AI lists visible damage and anything new since pickup; our driver reviews it before the report is finalized.

CarrierElite is a local, owner-operated company. We built these tools because we believe the DMV’s dealers, shops and fleets deserve better information, whether or not they tow with us. If we earn your business along the way, it will be because we’ve proven ourselves first. — The CarrierElite team
