Flatbed first. Wheel-lift when it helps.
Flatbed towing
Most tows ride on the flatbed (rollback) with all four wheels off the road. Our trucks also carry a wheel-lift, which we use when it’s the better tool — like moving two cars in one trip (one on the bed, one on the wheel-lift) or reaching a car in a tight spot. All-wheel-drive and electric vehicles always go on the bed.
- Cars, SUVs, pickups and light vans
- AWD, 4x4, electric and low cars on the bed
- Two vehicles in one trip with the wheel-lift
- Vehicles that won’t start, steer or roll
Accident & breakdown recovery
Stuck on I-66, the Beltway or a back road? We load the vehicle, clean up the loose parts we can, and take it where you need it — your body shop, your dealer, your driveway or storage.
- Highway shoulders and parking lots
- Delivery to the body shop or dealer you pick
- Photos at pickup and drop-off
- We work with your insurance or motor club
Roadside help
Not every call needs a tow. If a quick fix gets you moving again, we’ll do that first — and if it doesn’t, the truck is already there.
- Jump starts
- Lockouts
- Flat tire changes (with your spare)
- Out-of-fuel delivery
Local vehicle moves
Buying from a private seller, moving a project car, or sending a car to the shop? Book a time and we’ll move it — and if you have two, we can often take both in one trip.
- Private-sale and auction pickups
- Shop-to-shop and dealer moves
- Non-running and project cars
- Scheduled pickups at a set time
Using a motor club or insurance roadside plan?
If your tow is booked through a roadside assistance plan, call the number on your card or app — they may dispatch us. If you’d rather call us directly, we’ll tell you the price up front and give you a receipt you can submit for reimbursement.
