Plain rules, so you can trust what you read.

Who can review
Only a customer with a completed job. After delivery we email a private link; it works once, for 30 days. One review per job.

What we publish
Every review is published automatically, whatever the rating. Business customers’ reviews are labeled as such.
- 03
What we hide — and why
Only reviews (or parts of them) that include personal information, profanity or harassment, spam or advertising, or that aren’t about our service. Hidden reviews still count in our star rating and review count.

No rewards
We never pay, discount or give anything for a review, and we don’t ask for a particular rating. Our own staff, owners and their families don’t review us.

Google
Every reviewer is invited to share their review on Google too — not just happy ones. Google reviews shown here come straight from Google, unedited.
- 06
Your name
Reviews show your first name and last initial (or “Verified customer” if you prefer), the city of pickup and the vehicle make — never your phone, email or address.
